Remember When Cabins

Our Policies

All reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking. $30 of this deposit is a non-refundable booking fee.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file approximately 3–5 days prior to arrival.

All receipts are delivered electronically via email. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Checks are not accepted.

The credit card used for booking must belong to the guest making the reservation or their spouse. A credit card from a third party not staying in the cabin may be accepted with written authorization received prior to check-in.

Additional Policies & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following policies prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

You will receive a keyless entry code in your reservation confirmation email and may access your cabin anytime after 4:00 PM.

Check-out: 10:00 AM

A late check-out fee of $50 per hour applies.

Keyless Entry & Receipts

•All cabins use secure keyless entry. No physical keys are provided or required.

Receipts are emailed following your stay. 

Smoking

•Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins.

Designated smoking areas are available outdoors and on screened porches. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a $250 cleaning fee, and guests may be required to vacate the property without refund.

Pets

Pet-Free Property

Pets are not allowed in any cabin. If a pet is brought onto the property or into a cabin, a $300 fee will be charged and guests will be required to vacate without refund.

Pet-Free means no pets of any kind are permitted.

Hot Tub Use

•Please shower before entering the hot tub.

•Keep hot tub covers secured when not in use.

Do not sit or stand on hot tub covers. Damage will result in a $750 replacement fee.

•Do not add soap, bubbles, bath salts, oils, or any other substances to the hot tub water, as these will damage the system.

Candles

Candles are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Noise & Property Use

No loud parties or fireworks are allowed. Guests not adhering to this policy will be required to leave the property without refund.

No unpaid overnight guests.

The number of guests must match your reservation. Additional guests will be charged $25 per person, per night plus tax.

•Interior furniture may not be moved outdoors.

Linens & Towels

•Each cabin is stocked with high-quality linens.

Linens may not be used for cleaning floors, shoes, vehicles, grills, makeup removal, or spills.

•Replacement costs will be charged for stained or damaged linens.

•Utility towels are located under the kitchen sink for cleaning needs. Additional towels are available upon request.

White bath towels are for indoor use only. Spa towels are provided for outdoor and hot tub use.

Damage or Missing Items

•If any property is missing or damaged, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the matter. If unresolved, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

Garbage

•Please place bagged trash only in the outdoor receptacle as needed during your stay.  If you have excess garbage please place it in the dumpster near the shop.  All trash must be bagged.

Pond Use

No fishing or swimming is permitted in the pond.

Fireplaces

•Fireplaces are available October 1 through April 1, weather permitting.

•No foreign materials may be burned.

•Fireplaces must not be left unattended.

Thermostat

•Upon check-out, please set the thermostat to 75 degrees.

Liability

•Remember When Cabins is not responsible for acts of God, weather-related events, or power outages.
